Finding a lost Fledgling

This is just prequel to a sketch I'm drawing so a little story or info about the characters

"I'm heading out for a walk mum, I'm taking our border collie with me"

"OK then be back soon for dinner"

"OK mum"

While in the walk

"Hey girl, do you want to walk into the woods"

"BARK, BARK"

Heh sound like you do, OK then lets go there, oh and don't go too far OK"

While they walk to deep woods that His dog runs off!

"Hey girl where you going, I said stay close to me.. Awe dam where is she going? Well ill just have to get her back safely"

As John goes after his dog that he heard barking ahead of him?

"Hey there you are.. don't run of like that, you would get me worried about you girl but stay clo...(Chirp..Hiss)

"What was that noise"?

John starts to slowly walk around the tree with his dog just to find a chirping sound from below a bark from the tree, as his dog starts to whining telling her owner to be careful

"Easy girl I'll be careful around here (HISS!) Whoa hello there, what are you doing out here by yourself...(HISSES) Its OK little fella I'm not gonna hurt you"

As John slowly approaches the young creature, he notice it hasn't eaten.

"Aw you must be starving.. but if you want to come with me that you can trust me and my dog. She isn't going to hurt you OK"

John slowly moves his arms out to reach the young creature until it starts yapping, hissing trying to call for help.

"take it easy I'm not gonna hurt you, you got to calm down before you hurt yourself or me so calm down"

As John said it that made the young-ling stop struggling in his hands.

"There you go, you see I'm not going to hurt you OK"

"Purr" While the young-ling slowly relaxes in his arms, John gives a nice smile to the young-ling as it falls asleep.

"There we go... ah the time, we should heading back home now girl, so lets go"

John and his dog walks back home with a new guest.
